Operations Specialist

Job Overview The Operations Specialist is the eyes, ears, and first line of response for our deployed charging sites during non-business hours. This role exists to protect fleet uptime, catch equipment issues before they escalate, ensure our customers' vehicles are charged and ready when drivers return in the morning, and serve as our direct communication link to customers and suppliers. Responsibilities Request support from technical service centers when on-site procedures fail to solve installation or maintenance problems. Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems. Communicate with customers and vendors to exchange information regarding products, materials, and services. Receive messages or materials to be delivered, and information on recipients, such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, and delivery instructions, communicated via telephone, two-way radio, or in person. Provide responses to regulatory agencies regarding product information or issues. Answer telephones, responding to questions or requests. Preferred Qualifications Experience in EV charging, energy, fleet operations, field services, or a hardware- dependent environment Familiarity with generator systems, fuel delivery logistics, or battery storage Experience in a NOC (Network Operations Center), remote monitoring, or facilities operations role Prior experience writing shift summaries, incident reports, or operational handoff notes Comfort reading equipment dashboards, telemetry data, or basic electrical readouts One week of Paid training, followed by one of the following schedules: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm @$21.00 4pm-12am @$21.50 12am-8am @$22.00 Saturday and Sunday ( Part Time Weekend) 8am-4pm @$21.00 4pm-12am @$21.50 12am-8am @$22.00
