Back To Results Operations Supervisor Job Description Our client is looking for a well rounded Operations Supervisor at their Engelwood, CO location. The ideal candidate will have a blend of skills that include, HR, Accounting, Office Management, Executive Support and Administrative functions.
Position details as follows:
Responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency Provide personal administrative support and assistance to executive staff Work in a self-directed and detailed-focus manner in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Present a knowledgeable and professional company image Requirements & Experience Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Experience with accounting software; Microsoft Dynamics preferred, but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Maintain a well-ordered work space Adhere to all company processing procedures Follow all safety rules and policies Follow protocols and policies as outline in the Employee Handbook Professional appearance and dress Bachelor's degree preferred Manufacturing experience/exposure preferred Three years' experience as executive assistance or equivalent preferred Aptitude for learning in a fast-paced environment Entrepreneurial spirit with a high sense of urgency Personable and confident Efficient with an attention to detail and quality of work Energetic and resourceful with the ability to multi-task and work independently If you are interested in this great opportunity please send a copy of your resume to richard@stafffinancial.com ind123 SFGA CB123 Share This Position Details Location Engelwood CO Date Posted 4/12/2018 Apply Processing...
