We're growing fast and looking for a strong Operations Supervisor to help lead our daily operations and field team. Position Summary The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily logistics, staff coordination, deliveries, warehouse operations, and event execution. This role requires leadership, problem-solving, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable managing both people and operations while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Responsibilities Supervise daily delivery and setup crews Coordinate routes, schedules, and event logistics Oversee warehouse organization and equipment readiness Train, motivate, and manage staff performance Ensure safety procedures and operational standards are followed Assist with loading, setup, breakdown, and transportation when needed Resolve customer or operational issues quickly and professionally Maintain inventory and report equipment damages or shortages Communicate with management regarding daily operations and staffing needs Qualifications Previous supervisory or operations management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (50+ lbs) Experience in logistics, events, rentals, or warehouse operations is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunities within the company Fun, energetic work environment Flexible scheduling Team-oriented culture Schedule 8-12 hour shifts Weekends required Overtime opportunities available Apply Today Join the Oahu Jump team and help create amazing experiences across Hawaii.
