Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8 am•5 pm (Hybrid/Remote availability) 40hrs/week

$$23•$28

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Payroll and Timecard reporting within company HR system & Excel based templates. Perform timecard audits to ensure exceptions are noted and corrected prior to biweekly payroll submission to include: Audit and report Employee Hours and PO billing reporting•biweekly cycle Resolve weekly Employee timecard errors/exceptions Understand customer contract documents and purchase orders to interpret and apply correct billing requirements. Manage workflow to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely. Reconcile payroll records and validate entries for accuracy prior to transmission. Collaborate with corporate and operations team management to resolve billing errors. Provide regular reports and audits on various operations to evaluate processes. Support analysis of business processes and partner with stakeholders to identify optimum solutions. Support facility operations and office administration. Engages in and support CIP strategies and KPI reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED. 2-4 years' experience processing payroll, billing, purchase orders and providing customer invoicing support. Proficiency in MS Office Suite with emphasis on excellence in Excel applications. Highly dependable for accuracy and strong attention to detail. Provide strong interpersonal (verbal & written) skills, can communicate effectively with various levels of management. Provide decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Offers excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks.
Preferences:
Paylocity HRIS experience.
Physical Effort/Activities:
On a continuous basis will work in an office environment, sit at desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer telephone and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
