by assuming the job of leading a team of around 60 young women and men who work every day fulfilling our mission to be the premier DSP of AMAZON Logistics in the Northern New Jersey Region. The professional chosen for this position will supervise the following functions: Capacity Planning, Daily, Weekly and Monthly Scheduling, Vehicle and Drivers Dispatching, Fleet Inspections and Maintenance, and Operations Quality Control. Qualifications The professional who aspires to this position must be bi-lingual (English and Spanish), possess experience with software tools like

OFFICE 365, GOOGLE

WORKSPACE or equivalent, and be capable of producing quality written communications in English. If you already have some experience in the package delivery business, great!! If you don't, our senior management will coach you and get up-to-speed rapidly. A personal car in excellent working condition and a clean driving record is mandatory. Work Model This position is on-site at our facility in Lodi, New Jersey, Monday through Friday 9:00 am through 6:00 pm. Since our delivery fleet operates 7 days a week, it is expected that the chosen candidate is reachable weekend days by phone or email to assist her/his team with unexpected events or emergencies. Compensation and benefits Yearly compensation can be up to $70,000 depending on qualifications and payable every two weeks. Benefits include health insurance, 401K savings plan and two weeks paid vacation per year after the first 10 months of employment. The company will provide you with a smartphone, laptop and access to all the software tools required to perform your job. Proper vetting including Personal and Police background checks as well as Drug Use Testing will be performed before an offer of employment is extended.
