Job Description

Operations & Vehicle Logistics Coordinator Bengal Management Services LLC The Operations & Vehicle Logistics Coordinator supports the daily operations of a growing regional vehicle transport company. This role assists with dispatch coordination, customer communication, vehicle pickup and staging, route preparation, and operational logistics across Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, Kansas, and surrounding regions. Responsibilities include coordinating local vehicle pickups, conducting intake inspections and photographs, staging vehicles at a secure lot, communicating with customers and dealers, assisting with scheduling and dispatch operations, and helping prepare vehicles for regional transport routes. The position may also assist with light administrative tasks, load coordination, and maintaining organized vehicle records. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, customer-service oriented, comfortable driving a pickup and trailer locally, and able to work independently in a fast-paced transportation environment. Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to safely operate pickup trucks and trailers locally (must demonstrate proficiency in hooking up, driving with, backing up, and parking a trailer. Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Comfortable using smartphones, GPS/navigation apps, and basic computer systems Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Customer service experience preferred Familiarity with vehicle transportation, towing, trailers, or logistics operations preferred Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and document vehicle condition with photographs Comfortable interacting professionally with customers, dealerships, auctions, and transport partners Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends based on transport schedulesfff Compensation You will receive a base rate + bonus for every vehicle or load successfully booked, picked up, and staged. This will be a part-time, contract (1099) employee

$500.00 - $1,000.00 per week
