What You'll Do As a Facility Operator, you'll be part of several key areas of our manufacturing process: Operate brewing, evaporating, or drying equipment Weigh, measure, mix, and pack food ingredients following specific formulas Operate forklifts to move product between warehouse and production areas Load/unload bulk products and transfer materials between facilities Take product samples and perform basic lab testing Complete production, inventory, receiving, and sanitation records Perform sanitation tasks and light maintenance Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make minor adjustments Follow work orders and standard operating procedures Participate in team meetings and support safety, quality, and GMP standards If you're hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and like staying busy, you'll thrive here. Pay & Schedule Starting Wage:
