$21 - $22 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator / Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in Shelbyville, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining production efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Operate production machines and related equipment safely and efficiently Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met Perform machine setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting as needed Inspect finished products for defects and adherence to specifications Load raw materials onto machines Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations Accurately complete production and quality records Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of machine operator or manufacturing experience required Ability to read and follow work instructions or basic blueprints Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Basic math and measurement skills Reliable attendance and ability to work 2nd shift consistently Preferred Skills Experience in metal fabrication or similar manufacturing environment Familiarity with measuring tools such as tape measures or calipers Forklift experience is a plus Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Shelbyville, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
