The Ophthalmic/Optometric Technician team member is responsible for compassionate and respectful patient care in a warm and welcoming manner. Expectations are for superior verbal and written communication skills, with considerable attention to detail.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares patient for the physician's evaluation by obtaining chief complaint, history, documenting medications and performing a variety of screening and diagnostic tests, including but not limited to applanation tonometry.
