The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting patients in selecting and fitting eyewear. This position requires a blend of technical skills, retail experience, and a passion for helping others improve their vision. Duties Assist patients in selecting appropriate eyewear based on their prescriptions and personal style preferences. Conduct fittings and adjustments of eyeglasses to ensure proper fit and comfort. Provide information on lens options, coatings, and frame materials to help customers make informed decisions. Manage inventory of eyewear products and supplies, ensuring the clinic is well-stocked at all times. Educate patients on proper eyewear care and maintenance. File appropriate claims for glasses and contact lenses
