This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a caring work family. It's a full time position with no weekend hours. Some skills we are looking for and responsibilities include: Collecting patient history and entering all information into EHR Preliminary patient testing (auto refraction, visual field, tonometry, chair skills, OCT etc.) Education, training and ordering of contact lenses Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance Positive personality Reliable, Hard working, and Trustworthy Team Player Occasional answering phone calls and scheduling appointments Frame adjustments, dispensing glasses and contacts Dependable with a history of great attendance The right fit for our practice is someone who is enthusiastic to learn and share ideas, articulate on the phone, dependable, reliable, has a great commitment level and able to build rapport with patients. We are looking for candidates that have a desire to always go above and beyond patients' expectations and deliver platinum levels of service!
