Desired Qualifications/Experience:

Active and unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year of recent Operating Room (OR) experience Proficiency with intraoperative nursing procedures, instrumentation, and sterile technique Current BLS and ACLS certifications (as required) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary surgical team

Responsibilities:

Circulate and/or scrub on surgical procedures, maintaining strict adherence to aseptic technique Prepare the operating room and necessary equipment for a variety of procedures Monitor patients' vital signs and safety throughout intraoperative phases Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure optimal patient outcomes Uphold strict documentation and charting standards within the perioperative care continuum Identify and respond rapidly to emergency situations as needed
