We are seeking an experienced Oral Surgery Dental Assistant to join our clinical team and support surgical care and patient experience. What You'll Do Assist the surgeon during surgical procedures, including IV sedations Perform preoperative and postoperative duties to support patient care Maintain aseptic technique and ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure required instruments, equipment, and supplies are available Monitor patients intraoperatively and support post-operative recovery workflows Obtain radiographs and imaging as required Complete accurate clinical documentation and patient narratives Support treatment coordination by reinforcing treatment plans and post-operative instructions with patients Assist with answering phones Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure smooth daily operations What You Bring Prior oral surgery assisting experience, including IV sedation cases is a plus Ability to work efficiently and confidently in a fast-paced surgical environment BLS certification (required) ICE certification (required) Radiology certification (DANB RHS or equivalent) required Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation, sterilization, and infection control standards Excellent patient care skills with a calm, professional demeanor Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to anticipate surgeon needs Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented with a willingness to support across clinical and front office functions What We Offer Competitive pay, Bonus potential, and annual merit reviews Medical, Dental Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) with HDHP health plans PTO, Sick Time, Paid Holidays 401(k) Plan with
