Order Entry Coordinator

We're seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Coordinator to convert quotes into accurate, production-ready orders. This role ensures clean data, complete job packets, and efficient handoff between departments. You'll also serve as a professional first point of contact for customers. Key Responsibilities Enter and validate orders in ERP (pricing, specs, customer details) Build complete, accurate job packets with all required documentation Manage handoff from Sales to Engineering and resolve missing or conflicting info Maintain accurate data in ERP/CRM systems Process order updates, change requests, and billing setup coordination Support Sales with order status and reporting Greet visitors, manage calls, and coordinate deliveries as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Previous ERP or order entry experience required Background in manufacturing, distribution, or sales operations a plus Organized, self-managed, and able to handle interruptions Professional communication and customer service skills
