In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse management skills, experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks, and familiarity with warehouse management systems. This position plays a vital role in maintaining smooth warehouse distribution operations and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment to ensure timely fulfillment. Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other mechanical equipment safely and efficiently. Manage inventory stocking, replenishment, and organization within the warehouse to optimize space utilization. Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging products securely and labeling them according to shipping standards. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading deliveries and verifying incoming stock against purchase orders. Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity before shipment. Maintain detailed records of order processing, inventory movements, and equipment usage within the warehouse management system. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow, improve processes, and uphold safety standards. Support warehouse distribution tasks by loading and unloading heavy items with appropriate equipment. Perform routine maintenance checks on heavy equipment to ensure operational safety. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and inventory management. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners. Valid certification or experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools. Strong mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment. Previous experience in a warehouse supervisor role is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during load & unload activities. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for quality control purposes. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. Basic knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures related to warehouse distribution.
