Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:

Monday Thru Friday 8am to 4:30 PM. Westlake, Ohio Distribution Center We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely shipment of products. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with warehouse management systems. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining high standards of order accuracy, quality control, and customer satisfaction. Conduct order picking and packing with attention to detail to ensure correct items and quantities are shipped. Manage shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments against packing lists and documentation. Perform stock replenishment, stocking, and inventory management tasks to maintain optimal stock levels. Conduct quality control checks on products to identify damages or discrepancies before shipment. Assist in mechanical tasks related to heavy equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures. Support warehouse supervisor in daily operations, including load & unload activities and warehouse distribution tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, picking & packing, shipping & receiving. Forklift a plus but will train Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanner technology.

Pay:
