Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Order Fulfillment Associate, where you'll be the driving force behind efficient warehouse operations and timely order processing. Your expertise in warehouse management, heavy equipment operation, and materials handling will be essential to maintaining a smooth distribution process. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders Perform order picking and packing with precision to ensure correct items are shipped according to specifications Conduct quality control checks during picking, packing, and shipping processes to maintain high standards Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including verifying inbound shipments and preparing outbound orders for dispatch Stock shelves efficiently by replenishing inventory and organizing materials for easy access Support warehouse supervisor in maintaining safety protocols, cleanliness, and organization throughout the facility Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping & receiving, and inventory stocking Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, mechanical lifts, and pallet jacks; certification preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for accurate order fulfillment Mechanical knowledge or experience with heavy equipment operation is highly desirable Strong attention to detail for quality control and order accuracy Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and load/unload materials regularly Prior experience in warehouse supervisor roles or managing warehouse distribution processes is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence in logistics! $22.49 - $27.08 per hour
