Position Overview:

This mid-level role is responsible for managing customer orders and daily operations using Famous Software , while coordinating with the packing crew to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a clear communicator, and able to balance customer service with operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and manage sales orders, shipping details, and inventory in Famous Software . Communicate daily orders to the packing crew and confirm accuracy. Answer and direct customer calls; provide order updates and assistance as needed. Track shipments and coordinate with logistics to meet customer requirements. Monitor inventory levels and flag discrepancies. Work closely with sales and operations to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow. Assist with improving order management and communication processes.

Qualifications:

Experience with Famous Software (or similar ERP/order management system) preferred. Background in produce, agriculture, or distribution a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills - both with customers and internal teams. Ability to stay focused and accurate in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
