Order Processing and Customer Support Specialist

Fotronic Corporation, "Test Equipment Depot," is a major distributor of Electronic Test and Measurement Equipment. For over 30 years, we have delivered customer solutions and unparalleled customer service. Our National and International accounts include Small and Large Businesses, City, State, and Federal Government, Military, and Universities. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting e-commerce operations and Sales Account Managers. You'll play a key part in ensuring seamless customer experiences from sales order placement to fulfillment. Primary activities include entering customer details, processing sales orders, providing customer service, and assisting Account Managers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive, enter, process, and manage sales orders through completion. Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding product delivery, pricing, and support related to customer sales orders. Assist Account Managers with sales quotations, customer communication, order processing, and issue resolution.

Minimum Requirements:

Strong computer proficiency. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Experience with order fulfillment in a distribution environment is a plus. 40 hours minimum per week. Be comfortable in a dog-friendly workplace.

$28.00 - $31.00 per hour
