Order Processing Specialist

Description Serving as the primary point of contact between customers and the manufacturing organization, this role is responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating internally with production, planning, quality, shipping, and sales teams, and ensuring timely and accurate communication throughout the order lifecycle. • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Equivalent manufacturing customer service experience considered
• 2-5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems strongly preferred
• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, industrial, textile, or composite manufacturing environments is a plus Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belmont, NC.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
