Order Processing Support III Waters Corporation United States, Massachusetts, Milford 34 Maple Street (Show on map) May 11, 2026 Order Processing Support III Req. # 26360 Job Family CS - Customer Support Services Location US Pay Range Minimum USD $44,500.00 Pay Range Maximum USD $74,500.00 Overview Order entry and general customer service inquiries, requests, quotations and shipping/freight forwarding arrangements Customer Service problem resolution (returns, complaints, inquiries and follow-up) Contact for requests/inquiries from Vicam R D, Production and Sales departments Supervision/training of order entry personnel Record keeping including scanning all order documentation to SAP Main contact for Major International Vicam account(pricing negotiations and quotations) Responsibilities Order entry and general customer service inquiries, requests, quotations and shipping/freight forwarding arrangements Customer Service problem resolution (returns, complaints, inquiries and follow-up) Contact for requests/inquiries from Vicam R D, Production and Sales departments Supervision/training of order entry personnel Record keeping including scanning all order documentation to SAP Main contact for Major International Vicam account(pricing negotiations and quotations) Qualifications No college degree required 3-5 years experience Good attention to detail Company Description Waters Corporation (
