Order Puller

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Puller to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your energy and precision will ensure that orders are fulfilled efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy equipment and warehouse management systems in a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to locate and pick items for customer orders with accuracy and speed Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse Perform order picking, packing, and staging tasks to prepare shipments for delivery or storage Conduct quality control checks to ensure items are correctly picked, packed, and meet safety standards Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including verifying inbound/outbound shipments and documenting inventory movements Stock shelves and organize materials efficiently to optimize warehouse distribution flow Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols for heavy equipment operation and materials handling Requirements Food manufacturing experience a plus Must be open to OT and weekend work Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers, including order fulfillment and stock management Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely and effectively Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order picking and inventory control Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for picking & packing accuracy Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, load & unload shipments, and stand or walk for extended periods Prior experience in shipping & receiving, quality control, or warehouse supervision is a plus Join our team where your skills in materials handling, order fulfillment, and warehouse distribution will drive success!
