Temp-to-Hire Job Summary The Order Selector is responsible for the accurate receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of products in accordance with company standards for safety, security, sanitation, quality, and productivity. This role also supports general warehouse operations as needed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Load and unload freight safely and efficiently Move product to designated storage areas using appropriate material handling equipment Stack and store merchandise properly in assigned warehouse locations Pick, assemble, and prepare customer orders for shipment Process orders including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight, wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and shipment confirmation Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently as required Inspect incoming and outgoing freight for accuracy, damage, or infestation Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work area Assist in maintaining warehouse security standards Perform work in compliance with all safety regulations and procedures Complete sanitation duties as assigned Support physical inventory counts as needed Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per shift Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds without assistance Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift both below the waist and above the head Comfortable walking frequently throughout large distribution centers (facilities may exceed a quarter mile in length) Ability to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperatures 10204501 Share this job Copied url To save a job sign in or get started To apply for this job email your details to I want more jobs like this in my inbox.
