Through friendly communication, careful documentation, and proactive outreach, the Hybrid Support Specialist helps participants overcome small barriers that may slow their progress. By assisting with intake and orientation processes, sending and tracking required documents, and following up on missed appointments or incomplete paperwork, this role helps ensure participants remain engaged and ready to move forward with program services. In doing so, the Hybrid Support Specialist supports a smooth hybrid experience and helps ensure every participant feels connected, informed, and encouraged as they begin their path toward employment. The Awesome Things You'll Do Support virtual intake and orientation processes for participants entering the PACE program. Create, send, and manage DocuSign envelopes for intake packets, program forms, and required participant signatures. Conduct outreach to participants regarding missing documentation, incomplete forms, and missed orientation appointments. Facilitate or support virtual orientation sessions as needed. Maintain a Virtual Orientation and Intake Engagement Tracker to monitor participant progress and documentation completion. Document all participant interactions, attendance, and engagement activities in SEAMS and Salesforce. Verify participant eligibility and referral information in SEAMS prior to engagement. Coordinate with Career Navigators to transition participants to the next stage of services. Assist with troubleshooting participant access to virtual platforms and document submission processes. Provide administrative and operational support to front desk and program staff when needed. Our Must Haves At least 1 year of customer service experience, workforce development or client facing experience. Strong organizational and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to details Strong computer proficiency, including advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Computer literacy and experience with database systems. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Bilingual skills preferred.
