Orthodontic Dental Assistant

Job Description Passion Dental is looking for an enthusiastic Orthodontic Dental Assistant (DA) to support our growing specialty team across multiple Massachusetts regions. What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation Full‑time schedule (4-5 days/week) Benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off & paid holidays 401(k) Continuing education support Growth opportunities within our specialty and general dentistry network Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist with chairside procedures Prepare rooms and sterilize instruments Take orthodontic records, including impressions, photos, and digital scans Place/remove arch wires, ligatures, and separators (within MA scope) Educate patients and parents on treatment plans and oral hygiene Support smooth patient flow and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Provide excellent patient experience with a friendly, professional attitude Qualifications Massachusetts Dental Assistant license (required) CDA or orthodontic experience preferred Ability to work in a team‑based environment Strong communication and organizational skills Positive, patient‑focused attitude Schedule Full‑time (Monday-Friday).
