Orthodontic Patient Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Patient Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our orthodontic office. We value personality and take pride in creating a welcoming office for our patients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities and be motivated to help the practice grow. This role is essential in providing exceptional patient service while ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. We are looking for At least 1 year of customer service experience (receptionist, Trader Joe's cashiers, Starbucks baristas, Disneyland employee - you are welcome to apply) Reliable and punctual attendance Good time management skills Motivated learner Team-player Willing to learn At least 1 year of orthodontic experience preferred but not required Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression Manage patient scheduling, including appointments, follow-ups, and cancellations Take new patient calls Present orthodontic fees to patient Handle insurance verification Maintain accurate records and documentation For the right candidate, we are willing to train in all areas
