Full-Time Join a Premier Orthodontic Practice in Sarasota We are seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven Orthodontic Treatment Plan Coordinator (TPC) to join a respected and well-established orthodontic practice serving the Sarasota community. This is not an order-taking administrative role. This position sits at the intersection of patient experience, case acceptance, financial coordination, and practice growth. You will serve as the trusted guide who helps patients and families confidently move forward with treatment while ensuring a seamless, concierge-level experience. Key Responsibilities Patient Consultation & Case Presentation Welcome new patients and create an exceptional first impression Present orthodontic treatment recommendations with clarity, professionalism, and empathy Translate clinical information into patient-friendly language Guide patients and parents through treatment timelines, appliance options, and expected outcomes Address objections and concerns with confidence and professionalism Financial Coordination Present financial arrangements and payment options Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage clearly Maximize case acceptance through effective communication and financing solutions Coordinate third-party financing options as needed Maintain accurate financial documentation and patient records Patient Experience & Retention Build strong relationships with patients and families Ensure a seamless handoff between clinical and administrative teams Support scheduling coordination for starts and follow-up appointments Deliver a white-glove patient experience from consultation through treatment acceptance Practice Growth Support Help drive production growth through strong conversion performance Support internal marketing and referral relationship initiatives Contribute to a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend workflow improvements Qualifications Required Minimum 2 years of experience in orthodontics or dental treatment coordination Strong understanding of orthodontic treatment workflows Experience presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and polished customer service presence Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong organizational and follow-through skills Preferred Experience with orthodontic software platforms (Cloud9, Dolphin, Ortho2, etc.) Proven track record of high case acceptance rates Knowledge of insurance verification and financing systems Sales, hospitality, or patient conversion experience What Success Looks Like in This Role This practice is looking for someone who: Builds trust quickly with patients and parents Creates urgency without pressure Understands the emotional side of elective dentistry Thinks like an owner, not just an employee Can balance compassion with accountability Takes pride in helping grow a thriving orthodontic practice Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Performance incentives / bonus opportunities Paid time off and holidays Continuing education opportunities Supportive and established team environment Opportunity for long-term career growth Why Sarasota?
