Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

As the Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you are the liaison between the orthodontist and the patient, explaining treatment options, answering questions, and coordinating the details involved in starting care. This role helps guide patients through treatment decisions, review financial options, and support patients as they move forward with care in our Butler, Kittanning, and Sarver offices. The Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator is typically the first person a new patient meets after the front desk. Once a treatment plan is recommended, the Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator reviews what to expect throughout the process and expected results. This position discusses treatment costs, insurance benefits, payment plan and financing options, while answering questions along the way. Scheduling appointments, coordinating care across the team, and remaining a resource for patients are also important parts of this role. This is a full-time, in-office position (34-40 hours/week) and travels between our Butler, Kittanning, and Sarver offices.

The schedule is as follows:

Monday

• Butler 10:00am-7:00pm Tuesday
• Kittanning 10:00am-6:00pm Wednesday
• Butler 8:30am-5:30pm Thursday
• Kittanning 8:30am-4:30pm Friday
• Sarver 8:30am-4:30pm One rotating weekday off may be available.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, confident, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.

Enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, and can work independently while staying organized and detail oriented Is confident discussing financial information Proficient in Microsoft office systems Has dental or orthodontic experience (we willing to train the right candidate)
