Outbound Logistics Coordinator

In a fast-growing environment, you'll be responsible for order management, inventory allocation, transportation and logistics planning, warehouse coordination, documentation, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of driving operational efficiency across outbound supply chain activities. Description and responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with customer service, sales, and warehouse teams to resolve order issues. Monitor inventory levels and allocate stock to meet customer demand and service levels. Collaborate with planning and warehouse teams to optimize inventory usage. Plan and schedule outbound shipments in coordination with carriers and logistics providers. Optimize transportation routes and modes to balance cost and service. Work closely with warehouse operations to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping. Coordinate distribution activities to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations. Ensure all outbound shipments are accompanied by accurate documentation (e.g., BOLs, packing lists). Maintain compliance with shipping regulations, customer requirements, and internal policies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and transportation costs. Generate reports and provide insights to improve outbound processes and service levels..

Candidate requirements:

Proven experience in a planning capacity (preferably in production / distribution / purchasing / manufacturing or supply chain) Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Logistics, or related field (Preferred) Excellent knowledge of planning and related company processes Knowledge of ERP Strong analytical and quantitative skills Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and v-lookups Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities As a member of the BOPLAN Team, you can expect: A competitive salary: $50,000-60,000 Outstanding Benefits , including low deductible Medical, HSA/FSA dental, vision and life. 401K with 100% match.
