Uncapped Earning Potential

• $18/hr guaranteed + $200
• 1,000 commission per closed project
• $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days
• Opportunities for growth into leadership positions

Your Role:

• Build relationships with homeowners and generate leads
• Showcase our services and portfolio
• Drive results through face-to-face engagement
