Outdoor Crew Lead (Lawn Care, Landscaping & Snow Removal)

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and working alongside a crew on daily jobs Managing lawn care and commercial property maintenance Overseeing landscaping projects from start to finish Handling seasonal work including snow removal and plowing Ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard Communicating with team members and keeping work on track
