• Full-time Job Overview As an Outdoor Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces through a variety of tasks including, utilizing your skills in landscape upkeep, equipment operation, and general grounds maintenance and pool maintenance.

Responsibilities Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as planting, pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, and installing new greenery. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, trenching, planting, and debris removal. Use equipment such as excavators and to manage site preparation, Assist with irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure optimal watering of landscaped areas. Requirements Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating various landscaping and construction equipment. Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance or gardening is highly desirable. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other machinery used in outdoor maintenance. Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant care, tree trimming, and landscape design basics. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects, perform manual labor for extended periods, and operate machinery efficiently.
