2 Master's level licensed Addiction Therapist/Counselor or dual diagnosis therapist (Outpatient) for our Lebanon, Indiana or Crawfordsville Indiana Here we grow again! You'll join a team embedded in the community, providing services in: Boone County schools Witham Pediatrics Witham Pain Management Witham Family Medicine - Thorntown Witham Physician Specialty Center - Crawfordsville Sylvia's Child Advocacy Center Boone County Jail And multiple office locations in Lebanon, Zionsville, Crawfordsville, Thorntown, and Frankfort Key Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning, and crisis evaluations Provide individual and group counseling in an outpatient setting Perform case management Educate clients and their support networks on addiction issues and available services/programs Providing clients &/or their support network with information about addiction issues & additional services/programs Deliver holistic, whole-person approaches to recovery Collaborate closely with families, probation officers, law enforcement, and other key stakeholders Submit billing and required paperwork in a timely manner Requirements Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field Must be license-eligible with a temporary permit OR hold one of the following Indiana licenses:

LAC, LCAC, LMHC, LCSW, CADAC II

with experience in social work and/or mental health care for addictions and SUD.
