Practice Overview You'll join an outpatient primary care clinic backed by a respected community hospital network and established referral streams Team support includes experienced APP's Broad-spectrum primary care: wellness, chronic disease management, acute visits, and continuity care Clinic infrastructure is well established (multiple exam/triage rooms) with EMR AI support Schedule 4.5-day workweek with flexibility (option to structure as 4x10s) Typical clinic hours are 8:00am-4:30pm with a dedicated lunch break Volume is approximately 15-25 patients/day No call and no after-hours responsibilities Compensation & Benefits Income potential in the $280K+ range with established patient demand and productivity-based incentives Base salary plus RVU production model - 12-month guarantee Quality bonus up to $24,000 annually Sign-on and relocation assistance available 20 days
