What You'll Do:

We're specifically looking for therapists to engage with our clients in individual, couples, family, and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) settings. Your expertise in addiction and mental health will shine as you help our clients navigate their journeys to wellness.

Who You Are:

The ideal candidate will have: Experience working with mental health and addiction, ideally in both outpatient and inpatient settings. A Master's in a behavioral health field (preferred) or a Bachelor's (required). A passion for facilitating mental health, co-occurring, and/or substance use IOP and OP groups. Current licensure in Nevada (LCSW, CPC, LCADC, or LMFT) and a co-occurring credential (preferred). A compassionate, flexible approach that fosters trust and connection. Existing credentialing with Nevada Medicaid and commercial payers. Why Join Us? Key Skills and Attributes:

Professionalism and reliability are essential—our clients depend on us! Previous experience in substance abuse and mental health treatment is required, with preference for work in detox or residential settings. Strong communication skills, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality. A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities. The ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team while also thriving in independent work. A genuine enthusiasm for patient care and a willingness to step in wherever needed.
