Role:
Join Community Medical Center as the Outpatient Specialty Clinic Supervisor, where you will play a vital role in enhancing patient care and clinic operations. Be part of a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional healthcare services in Falls City, NE.
Requirements:
Must hold a current State of Nebraska nursing license. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong understanding of outpatient clinic operations and healthcare regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care. Current CPR certification and relevant licenses as required.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the outpatient specialty clinic to ensure efficient patient flow. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high-quality service. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient care and clinic schedules. Implement and monitor clinic policies, procedures, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Assist in budgeting and resource allocation to enhance clinic efficiency. Address patient concerns and feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
