Job Description

Job Summary:
Under the direct administrative supervision of the Administrator and Medical Director, the Outpatient Therapist is responsible for providing clinical services to clients of We Care Behavioral Health, LLC residing in Missoula County.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Provide psychotherapy according to the needs of the client as indicated by the treatment plan. Complete initial assessments, evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment plans. Provide emergency evaluations and various on call duties. Carry a case load and meet productivity expectations as assigned by administrator in accordance with We Care practices. Abide by high ethical and professional standards. Complete required documentation in accordance with program policy. Attend and participate in all required meetings. Efficiently use electronic medical record and Microsoft Office programs.
Qualifications:
Ability to: provide psychotherapy to a variety of individuals in the outpatient therapy setting, interact in a professional manner with a number of professional and client groups, prioritize and to respond appropriately to simultaneous demands, complete clinical documentation in a proficient and timely manner using electronic medical records, effectively display ethical decision making skills, display professionalism, communicate effectively with outside professionals and community members, establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship with clients of We Care Behavioral Health.
Education & Experience:
Position requires a maters' degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or other related field. Ideally, the position requires 2 years of progressively responsible post graduate experience in a community mental health center or similar setting. Position requires licensure or the ability to be licensed by the state of Montana. Current licensing credentials through the State of Montana is required for any unlicensed professional. Community Mental Health Professional (MHP) preferred but not required at time of hire.

$38,490.00
