Job Summary We are seeking to add another energetic and motivated Outside Sales Account Manager to drive business growth by developing and managing key customer accounts. In this role, you will actively pursue new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs. Your leadership in sales strategies and technical expertise will help expand our market presence and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively seeking new business opportunities through warm calling and networking. Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate products and solutions tailored to each customer's requirements. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales effectively while ensuring mutual benefit. Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze market trends for strategic planning. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness. Present technical product information clearly and confidently to clients, demonstrating value and building trust. Lead negotiations with business clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and long-term partnership goals. Experience Proven success in B2B sales or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with business development experience to identify opportunities and close deals efficiently. Excellent communication skills for engaging clients, conducting presentations, and fostering long-term relationships. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and account information. Demonstrated ability to analyze market data, develop strategic plans, and execute sales initiatives effectively. Experience in account management roles that require leadership, persistence, and a customer-centric approach. Knowledge of marketing strategies related to technical products or services is a plus.
