Outside Sales Agent — Traveling D2D Fiber Sales (Swyft Fiber)

Summary Prolific Sales is hiring traveling outside sales agents for residential fiber internet campaigns. We work directly with Swyft Fiber in markets where new fiber has just been deployed.

Current campaign:

Vernon Parish. This is honest, full-time, commission-only door-to-door work. You travel to where the campaigns are. You knock doors. You close fiber deals. You get paid weekly on what you sold. What You'll Do Knock 30+ residential doors per day, 5 days per week, in assigned territory. Present fiber internet offerings to homeowners using the company-provided pitch and materials. Handle common objections, qualify customers, and close sales at the door. Submit clean sales orders through the company-approved system. Track activity in SalesRabbit and report daily numbers to your manager. Represent Prolific professionally on territory — company shirt and hat at all times. What You Need Reliable personal vehicle. Gas reimbursement available per campaign. Comfortable with 100% commission compensation. There is no base salary. Willing to travel to campaign markets. Housing is typically provided or stipended for out-of-state campaigns. Background check and drug screen required before deployment. 18+ years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Prior sales experience preferred but not required — we train coachable people. Compensation Commission-only structure. Per-install commission scales with the internet tier sold and stacks with bundle commissions where available. Typical full-time reps after onboarding earn $4,000-$10,000 per month. Top performers exceed that range. Weekly direct deposit. A standard reserve is held for the chargeback window. Full compensation plan provided after Independent Contractor agreement signature. Schedule & Travel Full-time, 5 days per week minimum. Travel to campaign markets required.
