Outside Sales Representative

Position Summary The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within an assigned territory. This position requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, industrial accounts, and commercial clients Prospect and secure new business opportunities Prepare and present quotes, bids, and product solutions Collaborate with inside sales and warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction Track sales activities and maintain CRM records Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets Stay current on industry trends, products, and competitor activity Qualifications 2+ years of outside sales experience (electrical supply industry preferred) Strong knowledge of electrical products and materials preferred Proven track record of meeting sales goals Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with strong time management skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + commission Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays
