Engage with clients in multiple languages, providing bilingual support to enhance communication and build trust. Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Identify customer needs related to energy solutions or solar systems, offering tailored recommendations that meet their requirements. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback to optimize future outreach efforts. Required to speak Mandarin Skills Proven experience in outside sales, especially door-to-door or energy-related sales environments. Multilingual proficiency (bilingual skills) to connect effectively with diverse customer bases. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
