Job Description

Outside Sales Representative
  • Industrial Automation & Electrical Sales Industrial Automation Products, Inc.

is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative who is hungry to succeed and willing to put in the work to build long-term customer relationships. We are an industrial electrical and automation distributor serving manufacturing plants, OEMs, integrators, and industrial customers throughout North Georgia and surrounding areas. We provide automation products, electrical components, technical support, and fast customer service to help keep our customers running. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales position. We are looking for someone with energy, drive, and the ability to get in front of customers consistently. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new industrial and manufacturing accounts Call on existing customers and build stronger relationships Visit plants, job sites, OEMs, and maintenance departments Follow up on quotes and opportunities Work closely with our inside sales and technical support teams Use CRM tools to track activity and opportunities Represent a company focused on service, responsiveness, and technical support Products & Industries You will work with: Industrial automation products Sensors Variable frequency drives (VFDs) Industrial controls Enclosures Electrical components Manufacturing and industrial customers What We're Looking For Self-motivated and dependable Strong communication and people skills Willingness to learn industrial automation products Aggressive work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable making in-person customer visits Organized and able to manage follow-up Sales experience is a plus, but motivation and drive matter more than experience What We Offer Base salary + commission Training and product support Opportunity for long-term growth Supportive team environment Established customer base and strong vendor relationships Company focused on customer service and growth Compensation Base Pay + Commission Compensation will depend on experience and performance Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Day shift Location Dalton, GA and surrounding territory If you are competitive, motivated, and looking for an opportunity to build a successful career in industrial sales, we would like to talk with you.
