The ideal candidate is results-driven, self-motivated, and skilled at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. This role requires someone who is comfortable generating their own leads while also managing inbound company-provided leads. Responsibilities include door knocking, cold calling, and meeting with clients in person—these are essential to success in this position. The ideal candidate must be resilient, comfortable hearing "no" frequently, and driven to turn opportunities into closed deals. This is an in-office position, and the selected candidate must report to our headquarters daily. You will also collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact through project completion. Responsibilities:

Generate leads through outreach and networking. Educate potential customers on our services and pricing. Close sales and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with operations to schedule jobs and manage customer expectations. Track and report on sales performance and results.

Requirements:

Previous sales experience, preferably in service-based industries. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline. Comfortable collaborating with operations and customer service teams.
