Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our company, driving growth by connecting with potential clients and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for engaging prospects through outreach, leveraging CRM software, and utilizing Solar On Earth's winning strategies. Your leadership qualities and technical sales expertise will help you excel in closing deals and delivering exceptional customer service. Base salary and commissions with no cap. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads using CRM software such as Salesforce Engage with directly with commercial clients to ensure clear communication and understanding of product benefits Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively while maintaining a client-first approach Utilize marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand brand awareness Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and offering tailored solutions Track all sales activities and client interactions within CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up Skills Proven experience in outside sales, energy sales, or solar sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric mindset Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce; familiarity with CRM management is preferred Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse populations Strong marketing acumen to identify opportunities and develop strategic outreach plans Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging prospects and closing deals Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivate team collaboration in a fast-paced environment Join us as an Outside Sales Representative and become part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to growth, innovation, and making a difference!
Pay:
