Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Compensation:

$40,000•45,000 base salary + High Commission Package (earning potential of $110K+)

Your Role:

Be the first point of contact—answer calls professionally and warmly Proactively generate leads and referrals to grow your pipeline Deliver tailored staffing solutions that meet client needs Schedule and conduct meetings to close new business Maintain a positive, client-focused attitude that builds trust and loyalty

What You Bring:

Proven success in sales, ideally within staffing or recruitment Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Strong market awareness and analytical thinking Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Business development experience is a strong plus
