OUTSIDE SALES FULL TIME WITH BASE + COMMISSION

We're hiring an Outside Salesperson Professionals with this type of experience are highly encouraged to apply Road Warriors, Salespeople who would like to be the next Outside Salesperson and work with a dynamic team! Eagle Financial Group has focused on clients nationwide helping them build a total plan for retirement. Our proven business plan includes a combination of seminar presentations, client membership sales & planning services. The role focuses on speaking to a crowd of family-oriented people who are looking to have a retirement plan in place. With our training, you will learn to present to our prospects in a seminar setting, discuss the benefits of membership & meet with them afterward to close business.

Job Requirements:

Being able to connect with a family-oriented audience that is close to or in retirement Presentation/platform public speaking skills that gains audience attention Strong competitive drive to succeed. Road Warrior Tuesday thru Friday within territory. (Expense Reimbursement included: Mileage, Food, Hotel… etc) Quick thinker when presented with questions from the audience. Delivery of interactive sales presentations. Participation in ongoing sales training and coaching on a weekly basis. Setting appointments at the end of the seminar.

Qualifications:

Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to connect with pre/post family-oriented retirees Record of successful sales for 5+ years! Ability to work well with others and independently A drive to make money and succeed. Naturally outgoing and comfortable speaking with people.
