We are licensed for 90 beds and provide 24/7 care. Our goal is excellence in care for all residents.

Duties:

• Provide direct patient care and assist in the management of a nursing unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems such as MatrixCare
• Provide education and support to patients and their families

Experience:

• Experience in long term care facilities is preferred
• Proficiency in performing specialized nursing procedures
• Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and documentation requirements
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
