Overnight Care Staff

The Pride Group is offering a $2000 Hiring Bonus! Our Primghar location is hiring for direct care staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform required checks on all members
• Assist with some daily activities including such as member cleaning, laundry, and assistance with personal hygiene.
• Assist with transportation to and from members' appointments
• Assist members with meal times and snack times
• Completes documentation
• Spend a majority of working shift out on the floors interacting with member to assist in meeting their individual needs and goals.

TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a desire to work with persons with disabilities
• Clean Criminal Background and Driving record are required.
