Key Responsibilities:

Own Daily Distribution Operations:

Lead Day‑to‑day distribution center execution for an assigned business line (Retail, Duty Free, or Food & Beverage), ensuring reliable receiving, fulfillment, and replenishment.

Ensure Inventory & Logistics Accuracy:

Maintain accurate inventory flow, product handling, and system integrity across transportation, returns, and replenishment using core enterprise systems.

Lead Warehouse Teams:

Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance of warehouse teams to ensure productivity, service consistency, and compliance with company and labor requirements.

• Partner Across the

Business:

Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues while monitoring and improving key operational metrics.

Uphold Compliance & Safety Standards:

Ensure adherence to regulatory, food safety, and facility safety requirements to protect product quality and operational integrity.

Qualifications:

• Lift up to 60 lbs and work in various environmental conditions (hot and cold).
• Previous stockroom or warehouse experience preferred.
