Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs. Managing reservations and handling inquiries with a professional and friendly attitude. Addressing guest needs and resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintaining accurate records of guest accounts and payments.
